PFHA GRAND NATIONAL SHOW 2010 -
is the show we work towards all year. The hours spent training the horse and rider are all put to the test at Nationals. You get one chance for a perfect ride. That's what Suzanne and Caprechio did in the Performance A/O Stallion class. Those who know this mighty little horse were not surprised to see him win his third National Championship! He's a monster, can't wait for next year. Jim had a fabulous show, picking up two Reserve National Titles. The 'High Point Amateur Owner for 2010' was awarded to Jim, he accumulated a whopping 950 points! Thanks to our trainer, Joel Del Valle, who's done a great job with all the Fox Hill horses. We had a wonderful time at Nationals, it's always so much fun to see all our Paso people friends. Can't wait for the 2011 show season to begin.

Fox Hill had a fabulous show! It was so great to see all our friends again. Jim and I had fun duking it out in the Pleasure Stallion classes. And I'm pleased to say my boy, Valeroso, won hands down. Sorry Caporal, better luck next time. Our new addition to our show string is a stunning Performance Stallion, Caprechio. What a power house he is! Joel did a great job of riding him in the ring for the first time. We are looking forward to seeing Caprechio perform at Nationals this year. We would like to thank Jim's family for their support at the show. Hope to see them again next year.

Our 3 year old fino filly stole the show! She won all of her three classes and bought home three Championships, one Reserve Championship and two Third Championships. She displayed a quick consistent fino gait with clear hard hitting fino board. We are very proud of her and all our outstanding horses at Fox Hill. Jim had a wonderful ride on Caporal, in the Pleasure Stallions, winning the class and one Championship and one Reserve Championship.

We all had a successful show with a big surprise win for our 4Y filly, Sonadora, who won the Pleasure Championship. Suzanne rode her Fino stallion, Barbaro, for the first time in the ring and had a clear round taking home the blue ribbon. We would like to thank Sissy and Ed Steinback for treating all of us to a wonderful dinner on Saturday night. The team at Fox Hill would also like to thank all the people who worked so hard to putting on the show. Hope to see you all next year!
Memphis Show 2010
The first show of the year started with Jimmy Espino riding Fox Hill's new Fino stallion, Barbaro de Luna Llena. It was the talk of the show! and a great hit with all the spectators. Jimmy and Barbaro put on a wonderful display as they glided gracefully around the show ring. Barbaro is beautiful to watch with his arched neck, flowing main and flashy white socks. We are very excited to have him in our show string. Thanks to Jimmy and his groom for delivering the horse from Ocala, Florida.
Joel competed in his first show as Trainer for Fox Hill. Joel successfully showed all the horses, qualifying them for National. Good work Joel.
P.S. He really caught the judges eye with his Salmon colored jacket.
Jim bought home the Championship blue ribbons with great rides on both Caporal and Sonadora. Congrats to Jim.
